I’m going to see how things go for the next few weeks as I ease back in to running and other exercise. I’ve been eating like crap (not compared to a year and a half ago, but compared to a 6 months to a year…yes). I haven’t been moving much because of this stupid toe.
I’ve maintained a 55-60 pound loss for 6 months. I am still considered obese. The 15 pound loss would put me soundly inside of overweight. I haven’t even considered losing enough to get me into a ‘healthy’ weight range.
So let’s see how the next few weeks go!
