I think I’ve found my plateau. And I struggle. I’ve never tried really hard to lose weight. I ate better and exercised and the weight loss happened. Now, I think is where it gets hard. I’m not sure I want to lose 15-20 more pounds that badly. On the one hand, I do. But on the other, I’m healthier and fitter and between 55-60 pounds less than I was. Ugh…I would like to run more, but I can’t do that atm. Nothing else is really appealing to me atm. Such a quandary!
I’m super proud of how far I’ve come. But now, do I really want to work and lose more. And if I do, how hard will I want to work to keep it off.
