1. Gym >4 times per week. Gonna be tough this week!
2. Keep my prayer journal up to date.
3. Water water water! To the tune of >80 ounces per day.
4. Get my house clean-er.
5. Track and measure everything. Everything! Even the four fun twix i had today. >.>
Last weeks goals:
1. Gym or other every day except Sunday. Ooorah. Good until a trip to the ER on Thursday messed up my plans.
2. Measure & Track everything. Done
3. Keep up with my prayer journal. Meh. Not so done.
4 Drink >4 bottles of water each day. Done.
So I’m seeing my journal and the gym are my problem areas. Focus! Focus!
