May Goals

May Goals:
1. Gym 3-6 times per week
3. Drink >80 oz Water.
4. Track everything I eat.
5. Continue to make good choices. This is a lifestyle change. What I eat and how much I eat count.

*6. Walk/Jog a 5k.

May–Week 1 Goals:
1. Gym 4 times — M, W, F, S
2. Boot Camp — T, H
3. Run/Walk — M, W, F
